One example of this is the onboarding of our newest team member, Douglas Miller, CLU®. Doug first joined Alliance Advisory Group (AAG) in 1992, a firm affiliated with Lutz & Associates, making this a seamless transition for Doug and his clients.
While we’ve been affiliated for a number of years, Doug decided to formalize a long-term business relationship with us in order to perpetuate a legacy of service and value to his clients. While he has no intentions of retiring in the near future, this partnership allows him to offer more support and services to his clients.
Just as we help our clients with their succession planning and preparation, we do the same for our team members. By formalizing a business relationship with our firm, Doug will not only have access to additional resources, but his clients will have a team behind them when he does eventually retire. This will offer his clients a more streamlined transition with their financial strategies and accounts.
