Maintenance and support programs are developed to meet each customers needs.

Annual Maintenance Contracts: We will develop maintenance contracts to meet our customer's specific needs.

Equipment Warranties: All equipment used in the wireless communication system is warranted for defects in materials and workmanship by the manufacturer for a period of one year. Extended warranties are available.

On-Site Training: We will make available a systems engineer on-site, for one-day, to train all interested personnel on the operation, maintenance, and trouble-shooting of the proposed system.

Systems Support Documentation: Each system sold by us comes with support documentation which clearly describes the system components and offers complete step by step trouble-shooting procedures to address most any suspected or actual system failure.

-Out – of – Warranty- Repairs: We support older equipment with an association with Microwave Advances, LLC. MWA repairs out-of-warranty and discontinued microwave radios and RF assemblies. MWA repairs are guaranteed for 90 days after shipment, with an extended warranty available upon request. Some of the microwave radios MWA repairs include: BMS, MRC, NuComm, Nurad, Harris, Collins Radio, M/A-Com, Microwave Associates, Farinon, Tayburn, RF Technology ATI and Radiowaves.

Repair Pricing: A $250 evaluation fee is applied to the repair cost of each unit received. Each RF unit is tested and failed parts replaced with new components, carefully cleaned, aligned, and re-tested to the manufacturer’s specifications. If a part is no longer available, it is replaced with an equal or superior part. Final checks are preformed on all units for quality control. Test equipment available at our facility insures proper diagnosis and repair.

Telephone Support: We offer three types of telephone support contracts: Business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm), Extended hours (M-F, 8am-10pm), and 24/7 support 365 days a year.
